We are honored to welcome the Times Young Creative Awards (TYCA) team to Southern University College for a special promotional session of the 34th International Competition. This year’s team traveled from Beijing, Taipei, and Singapore.
During the session, the team proudly highlighted Southern University College’s outstanding performance in the previous competition, where our students won 11 awards and the “Best Institution Award” — a truly inspiring achievement! For this year, nearly 100 students from the Faculty of Art and Design are expected to participate, ready to showcase their creativity and talent on an international stage.
The two jury chairpersons also shared valuable insights and tips on how to make creative works stand out and catch the jury’s eye, an inspiring experience for all attendees.
This event not only sparked enthusiasm among students for international competitions, but also fostered deeper engagement between the TYCA team and our faculty members. On behalf of Southern University College, the Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design warmly welcomed the TYCA team and expressed hope for more meaningful collaborations in the future.

我们荣幸迎来了时报金犊奖团队亲临南方大学学院进行第34届金犊奖国际竞赛宣讲！本次特地从北京、台北与新加坡远道而来的团队成员包括：
金犊奖秘书长 周智先生 金犊奖评审团主席 詹朝栋先生 与 陈耀福先生 金犊奖海外召集人 叶佳蓉女士宣讲会上，团队特别提及南方大学学院在去届比赛中勇夺11个奖项，并荣获“最佳学校奖”的优异成绩，让我们备感鼓舞！今年，预计将有近100位艺术与设计学院的学生参赛，展现我们的创意与实力！
两位评审主席更现场分享了许多作品脱颖而出的秘诀与经验谈，为同学们提供了宝贵的指导与灵感。
此次宣讲不仅激发了学生对国际竞赛的热情，也加强了金犊奖团队与我校艺术与设计学院教师之间的交流互动。学院院长亦代表南方大学学院热烈欢迎金犊奖团队的到来，并期望未来能有更多深入合作的机会！
