(A) Executive Level
• Executive/Senior Executive, Secretarial Office
Candidate shall assist in the daily operations of the Secretarial Office, including preparing meeting minutes and news release of the main events of the University College, process the documentation and coordinate the daily schedules of the President Office, and assist in the task/request of the Board of Directors. Candidate shall be able to handle all communication professionally.
Candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and have strong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Preferably candidate with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Student Counsellor, Student Affairs Office
Candidate shall provide counselling and rational advice to students in handling their problems arising from study, extra-curricular activities, social interactions, family issues etc. He/She shall develop and implement counselling activities/events to improve students’ mental health.
Candidate shall possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Science or relevant field. The candidate shall be a registered and licensed counsellor and have strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Preferably candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in student counselling.
• Executive/Senior Executive/Manager, Student Recruitment Office
Candidate must be able to advise the potential students on the admission requirements, the details of the study programme, and assist in internal and external student recruitment activities. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, and have strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential. Candidate shall possess a valid driving license. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Network Administrator, Computer Centre Office
Candidate shall ensure stable operation of the University College’s computer networks, equipment and hardware. The candidate shall plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and optimize all network hardware, equipment, system, software and server. Candidate shall also perform equipment repair, acquisition or upgrades when appropriate.
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification. Candidate shall familiar with computer-related hardware and networking maintenance. Preferably candidate with relevant working experience and strong communication skills.
• Executive/Senior Executive, Academic Affairs, Admission, and Registration Office
Candidate shall assist in the daily operations of the Academic Affairs, Admission, and Registration Office, including managing the students’ date and records, assisting in examination process, monitor academic standards and operations, and enforce compliance with policies and adhere to the rules and regulations set by Government bodies.
Candidate shall have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Executive/Senior Executive, Infrastructure Planning, Safety and Security Office
Candidate shall assist in the daily operation of the Infrastructure Planning, Safety and Security Office, including coordinating the schedule, reviewing and improving policy and procedure, assisting in security and safety management, and preparing documentation.
Candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and possess strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Graphic Designer, Southern New Media Centre
Candidate must have both photography and videography skills. Candidate must possess knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge in AI, Photoshop, and InDesign will be an added advantage. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Candidate who has relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Assistant Executive/Executive, Accounts and Finance Office
Candidate must be able to manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, and attend to student’s enquiries. Honesty and accuracy in managing cash are essential. Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accountancy related field, and fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay. Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Assistant Executive/Executive, Planning, Development, Accreditation and Quality Assurance Office
Candidate shall enable all programmes to be accredited and ensure all relevant processes related to accreditation are up-to-date and accurate. Candidate shall ensure continuous quality assurance compliance for all programmes.
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the Planning, Development and Accreditation and Quality Assurance Office. Candidate shall have strong interpersonal communication and writing skills in English, and Bahasa Melayu, and have effective networking at MoHE, MQA, and relevant authorities.
(B) Managerial Level
• Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs, Admission and Registration Office
Candidate shall be able to resolve and respond to student’s and lecturer’s issue including admission, registration, credit transfer, withdraws, late drops, eligibility of lecturer to teach certain programme/subject, academic calendar, exam timetable and set up rules and regulations on examination matters (registration, barring from examinations, retake exam schedule etc.). Candidate shall monitor students’ data maintenance according to MoHE’s requirement, issue Certificates and Transcripts upon completion of courses and for graduation and manage the operation of the Academic Affairs, Admission and Registration Office.
Candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and have strong interpersonal communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu. Candidate shall have at least 5 years of working experience in the Registrar’s Office and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Manager, Accounts and Finance Office
Candidate shall be able to handle and manage full set of accounts and management report. Candidate shall assist the Director to generate a factually true financial picture, coordinate cost reduction in all areas and liaise with external parties includes auditor, tax agent, banker and others.
Candidate shall possess at least an ACCA qualification or a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accountancy related field, fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay. Candidate shall have at least 5 years of management experience in accounts and finance field. Computer literacy and strong management skill is a must for this position. Candidate with experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
• Deputy Chief Librarian, Library
Preferably candidate with Bachelor in Library Science or any other related field. Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin is essential. Successful candidate will be supervising each division and conducting daily routine of the library. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
(C) Southern Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre
• TCM Practitioner
Candidate provide consultation and treatment to the patients. Candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Physiotherapist
Candidate shall perform and provide physiotherapy consultation for Southern Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre. He/She shall review the medical history of patients and assess their condition and needs. Candidate shall develop treatment plans for patients and provide guidance, advice, and support to the patient and their family member.
Candidate shall have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or related field. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
(D) Others
• Student Residential Advisor (Female/Male), Infrastructure Planning, Safety and Security Office
Candidate shall manage female student residential affairs including coordination of student check in and out, and room changes. Candidate shall also assist and provide basic counselling in student’s issue such as living, family, and educational related problems. Candidate shall possess at least a Diploma in related field and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

1. Dean
The candidate is responsible to lead the development and manage the operation of the Faculty.
Candidate shall be a PhD holder in Languages / Journalism & Communication / Early Childhood Education / Psychology / Education and shall possess excellent supervisory and leadership skills. He/She shall have at least 5 years’ experience in academic management (e.g. as a Dean, Head of Department) and 5 years’ experience in lecturing.
2. Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer
Candidate shall have at least a Master Degree or PhD qualification in related field with relevant teaching experience and great interpersonal skills. Candidate shall be able to teach, conduct research and scholarly activities and undertake teaching and assessment duties as well as develop relevant materials in appropriate formats for the academic programmes.
• Faculty of Humanities and Social Science :

4. Research Fellow – Research Institute of Chinese Ethnicity and Culture (RICEC)
Candidate is responsible to conduct research in the field of Chinese ethnicity and culture and collaborate with culture and community service committee to strengthen the relationship with Chinese communities. Candidate shall also assist the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) in organizing academic conference. Candidate shall conduct lecture and provide academic supports to students.
Candidate shall have at least a Master Degree in relevant field and confident and capable in hosting public events. Candidate shall have high knowledge in conducting ethnicity and cultural research.
