Jointly organized by AETDEW, ISTIC, and Southern University College, the “Sustainable Energy for Big Data Centres” training course was successfully held at Southern University College from May 24 to 26. The event brought together numerous experts and students to explore the energy challenges arising from the rapid growth of data centres and to discuss sustainable development strategies.
The training covered keynote lectures, case studies, and hands-on workshops, providing participants with a deep understanding of energy-efficient technologies and the integration of renewable energy in data infrastructure. The program not only highlighted the importance of green development in the digital era but also fostered international collaboration toward a low-carbon future.
