Southern University College were invited visit the Johor Bahru Mindful Peace International

In today’s fast-paced world, engaging in calming activities can help improve our physical and mental well-being.
On 25 August 2025, representatives from Southern University College were invited to visit the Johor Bahru Mindful Peace International — an international organization that promotes mindful living and inner peace. There, they took part in a “Dhyana Tea Ceremony”
Through slow and mindful tea tasting, participants were able to focus on the present moment and reset both body and mind.
With no phones or noisy conversations, the quiet focus on three cups of tea brought a deep sense of calm.
In the future, Southern University College plans to bring this activity to campus, allowing students and staff to experience the power of slowing down and reconnect with life’s rhythm through the aroma of tea.

在快节奏的生活中,参与一些“静心”活动,有助于身心健康。
2025年8月25日,南方大学学院代表受邀访问位于依斯干达区的 “新山静心小院”——一个致力于推广正念生活与内在平和的国际组织分部,并参与一场“安心茶会”。
通过细细地品茶,参与者能觉察每一刻当下,以调整当下身心的状态。没有电子设备的干扰,也没有喧闹的交流,只有三杯茶及饮茶的专注,为参与者带来内在的平静。
未来,南方大学学院准备将此活动逐步引入校园,让师生感受“慢下来”的力量,在茶香中重拾生活的节奏。
