On March 6, Southern University College welcomed approximately 250 new students to the Orientation opening ceremony. During the event, the university awarded scholarships and financial aid totalling around RM666,900 to outstanding students in recognition of their academic achievements.
This academic year, Southern UC has launched new programmes, including the Master in Education and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education, which have attracted applicants from the education sector. Additionally, Southern Foundation has offered a Postgraduate Scholarship to provide applicants with greater opportunities for career advancement.
To celebrate the commencement of the new academic year, senior students serenaded the newcomers with melodious songs, extending their heartfelt wishes. May all students embark on this new chapter of their lives with determination and strive for even greater success.

南方大学学院2025年新学年第一学期开学典礼迎来250位新生
3月6日上午，本校迎来了约250位新生，出席简约而隆重的开学典礼。典礼上，大学为成绩优异的新生颁发了各项总金额约RM669,000的奖助学金，以表彰他们的优秀表现。
本学年开始，本校新增教育学硕士及研究生文凭课程，吸引了众多教育界的专业人士踊跃报读。同时，南方大学基金也特别设立了研究生奖学金，以奖励有志深造的从业者继续升学，助力他们的职业发展。
