On 26 January 2026, lecturers from the Department of Tourism Management, Faculty of Business and Management were invited to attend the “Sarawak Gateway to Borneo” Business Networking Session at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru.
It was a truly enjoyable and well-organised session filled with meaningful sharings by the Sarawak Tourism Board, Business Event Sarawak, and industry leaders, complemented beautifully by the cultural performances from Majlis Seni Sarawak.
What made the experience even more special was the opportunity to meet so many inspiring people, reconnect with industry friends, and exchange ideas in such a warm and welcoming environment. FBM lecturers had a great time networking, learning, and exploring potential collaborations.

“砂劳越——通往婆罗洲之门”商务交流会
2026年1月26日，企业与管理学院旗下，旅游管理系的讲师受邀出席在新山希尔顿逸林酒店举办的“砂劳越——通往婆罗洲之门”商务交流会。
这是一场愉快且组织完善的交流活动，砂劳越旅游局、砂劳越商务会展局以及多位业界领袖分享了许多深具意义的见解，现场也由砂拉越艺术委员会带来精彩的文化表演，为活动增添了亮丽色彩。
更让人印象深刻的是，讲师们有机会结识许多具启发性的业界人士，与旧雨新知再次交流，并在温馨而融洽的氛围中交换想法。企业与管理学院的讲师们在活动中度过了一段充实的时光，积极建立人脉、学习新资讯并探索潜在合作机会。
