(A) Managerial Level

• 财务处处长/经理

应聘者必须能够处理和管理全套帐目和行政管理报告。应聘者将需要协助主任呈现真实的财务状况，协调所有部门与公司的成本削减，并与包括审计师，税务代理人，银行家等在内的外部各方保持联系。应聘者必须在财务领域至少有5年的行政管理经验。
应聘者应至少具有ACCA资格或金融和会计相关领域的学士学位，并精通与拥有良好的三语沟通及写作技巧。

• Manager, Student Recruitment Office

申请人需负责国内外的招生活动，让学生与家长更能了解南方大学学院所提供的课程。 申请人至少应拥有相关领域的学士学位和具有较强的三语沟通及表达能力。 申请人需拥有驾驶执照。具有相关工作经验者将获得优先考虑。

• Manager, Southern Business School

Candidate must responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall management and development of the School. This role drives the school’s vision, academic and professional programmes, industry partnerships, and operational sustainability, while strengthening student recruitment, community engagement, and SBS’s positioning as a leading business education hub within Southern University College.

(B) Executive Level

• 执行员/高级执行员, 秘书处

应聘者应协助秘书处的工作，包括准备会议记录新闻发布，处理文件和协调校长室的行程安排，并协助完成董事会的要求。应聘者应能够专业地处理所有沟通。

候选人应至少拥有相关领域的学士学位，并精通与拥有良好的三语沟通技巧。应聘者应至少拥有2年相关工作经验。

• Executive/Senior Executive/Manager, Student Recruitment Office

Candidate must be able to advise the potential students on the admission requirements, the details of the study programme, and assist in internal and external student recruitment activities.

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, and have strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential. Candidate shall possess a valid driving license. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

• 助理执行员/执行员 ，电脑中心

申请人至少应拥有资讯科技/电脑科学文凭或任何其他相关资格。

Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification. Candidate shall be familiar with computer-related hardware and networking maintenance. Preferably candidate with relevant working experience and strong communication skills.

• Outpatient Assistant

Candidate shall manage the front desk area, answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide helpful information regarding appointments, billing, and clinic policies.

• Project Coordinator, Infrastructure Planning, Safety and Security Office

应聘者需协助设备规划与安保处的运作， 包括行程的协调、审查和改进政策、协助安保与安全管理以及准备相关文件。

应聘者应至少拥有相关领域的学士学位，并精通与拥有良好的三语沟通技巧。

• 学生辅导员, 学生事务处

Candidate must provide psychological and emotional support to students by offering individual and group counselling services aimed at promoting mental well-being, personal growth, and academic success. This role involves assessing students’ emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns, developing appropriate intervention strategies, providing crisis support when necessary, and referring students to external professionals when required. The Student Counsellor also delivers psychoeducational workshops, maintains confidential case records, collaborates with academic staff to support student welfare, and adheres strictly to ethical guidelines and professional counselling standards.

Candidate shall possess at least a Master’s Degree in relevant field and possess strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
