Financial Well Being 2025 program is a collaborative initiative between the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Johor Bahru and Southern University College (SUC), designed specifically for the staff and students of SUC. The program aimed to enhance financial literacy and promote responsible financial behavior within the campus community. Several key agencies participated as strategic partners, including Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK), the Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC), Bank Rakyat, VKA Wealth Management, Soul Being Sdn Bhd, Lions Club JB Premier, and Lions Club of Teratai Indah.
The event featured a series of insightful financial talks by industry professionals, addressing topics such as financial scams, savings, budgeting, credit management, and retirement planning. One of the program’s key attractions was the Wealth and Joy simulation game, which offered an interactive and practical learning experience. Participants were able to simulate real-life financial scenarios and make decisions related to income, expenses, and investments, fostering greater financial awareness. Overall, the program successfully created a valuable platform for SUC staff and students to develop essential financial skills and knowledge, encouraging a more financially secure and informed community.
2025年财务健康计划是由雇员公积金局（EPF）新山分局与南方大学学院（SUC）联合举办的一项合作计划，专为SUC的教职员工与学生而设。该计划旨在提升校园社区的财务知识水平，并促进负责任的财务行为。
多家重要机构参与了此次计划，作为战略合作伙伴，包括马来西亚国家银行（BNM）、信贷咨询与债务管理机构（AKPK）、马来西亚理财规划协会（MFPC）、人民银行、VKA财富管理公司、Soul Being有限公司、柔佛再也百利狮子会以及特丽爱狮子会。
活动期间，多位业界专家举办了系列财务讲座，内容涵盖金融诈骗、储蓄、预算、信贷管理及退休规划等实用课题。活动的一大亮点是“财富与喜悦”模拟游戏，参与者通过模拟现实中的财务情境，进行关于收入、支出与投资的决策，从而获得更深的财务意识。
总体而言，该计划为SUC的教职员工与学生提供了一个宝贵的平台，以掌握关键的财务技能与知识，推动建立一个更加有财务保障和知识化的校园社区。
