On 23 July 2025, students from the Diploma in Logistics Management program under the Faculty of Business and Management, visited Sing Chuan Aik Transport, a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse, as part of their experiential learning journey.
The purpose of the visit was to gain firsthand insights into warehouse operations and logistics practices. Throughout the tour, students had the opportunity to learn about the Warehouse Management System (WMS), safety equipment, pest control measures, and sustainability strategies such as the use of electric forklifts (EV forklifts). In addition, they observed key operational processes including receiving, storage, and shipping.
This enriching experience provided students with a deeper understanding of modern logistics operations and the importance of technology and sustainability in warehouse management.

作为实践学习的一部分，此次参访旨在让学生亲身了解仓库运作及物流管理流程。在参观过程中，学生们学习了仓库管理系统（WMS）、安全设备、虫害控制措施，以及永续发展策略，例如使用电动叉车（EV叉车）。此外，他们还观察了仓库的收货、储存与发货等关键操作流程。
这次宝贵的学习经历让学生们对现代物流运作有了更深入的理解，也认识到科技与永续发展在仓库管理中的重要性。
