Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECE) is a two- year full-time program, that trains students to develop understanding of young children’s physical and mental needs together with their social, cognitive, creative and emotional development. This program provides students with strong foundation through innovative and experiential method to ensure a balance between the theoretical and practical knowledge in relation to early childhood education so as  to meet the challenges of today’s competitive world. Upon completing the program, graduates are capable of managing children from baby to six years old, facilitating their learning while practising pedagogical approaches. The curricula interweaves knowledge with practical experience and relevant skills, cultivating learners with the confidence and a wide range of skills required of careers in the industry, such as interpersonal, social, and problem-solving skills.
