南方大学学院在2024年12月13日（星期五）至2024年12月14日（星期六）举办《红楼梦》系列讲座。在2024年12月13日（星期五）上午10时30分至12时正，有幸邀请到徐少知教授为我们带来一场演讲，其演讲题目为《锦衣玉食红楼梦》。 徐少知教授，本名秀荣。史学专业，《红楼梦》名家，更是成功的古典小说校注者，华人出版界名编。曾任佛光大学中国文学与应用学系兼任助理教授、财团法人高等教育评鉴中心基金会大学校系所评鉴委员等。现任台北里仁书局发行人兼总编辑、新竹志平讲坛特约讲座。 著有《绮罗粉黛红楼梦》，校注有《红楼梦新注》、《儒林外史新注》、《老残游记新注》、《西游记校注》（校之部）等，无不脍炙人口。 12月13日（星期五），徐教授会为我们分享《红楼梦》中的服饰与饮食文化相关的课题。他的演讲摘要如下： 1. 清代服饰的两元化 2. 清代滿汉妇女不同制 3. 《红楼梦》的女性服饰特色（以王熙凤为例） 4. 《红楼梦》的男性服饰（以宝玉为例） 5. 《红楼梦》的饮食习惯 6. 《红楼梦》的酒 7. 《红楼梦》的茶 南方大学学院中华语言文化学院诚挚邀请对红学有兴趣者，务必不能错过此次活动！
