On February 27, President Prof. Yu Ming-Lung, Associate Professor Tsai Wan-Chi, and Ms. Huang Yu-Hui from Kaohsiung Medical University visited Southern University College for an exchange session and officially signed a MOU. Chairman of BoD Dato’ Vincent Tan Meng Seng, Vice Chairman of BoD Datin Teh Hwee Tiang, Executive Director of BoD Mr. Eng Kai Sang, Vice President Prof. ChM. Dr. Leong Loong Kong, Dean of Faculty of Chinese Medicine Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lim Juat Hong, Head of Department of Chinese Medicine Asst. Prof. Dr Soh Chiun Siung and Director of Public Relations and Fund-Raising Office Mr. Tan Kak Hai welcomed the guest from Kaohsiung Medical University. Other attendees included Kaohsiung Medical University alumni Dr Aaron Teo Beng Tiong and Dr. Tee Ching Haa.
Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on academic exchange, curriculum alignment, and future development directions. They conducted practical and focused dialogues on postgraduate pathways and professional development opportunities for graduates of the Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Honours) Southern University College. Through resource sharing and complementary strengths, the two institutions aim to create broader development opportunities for students.
This signing ceremony not only deepens the friendship between the two universities but also lays a solid foundation for cultivating more outstanding medical professionals. With joint efforts, both sides are confident in advancing Traditional Chinese Medicine and medical education to greater heights, contributing more professional expertise to society.
南方大学学院与高雄医学大学签约仪式
2月27日，高雄医学大学校长余明隆教授、蔡婉琪副教授、黄愉惠老师莅临南方大学学院，展开交流访问，并签署合作备忘录。我校接待人员包括董事长拿督陈洺臣、副董事长拿汀郑惠珍、常务董事吴计生、副校长梁龙光教授、中医药学院院长林悦鸿副教授、中医系系主任苏俊雄助理教授、公关与筹款处总监陈进源先生。其他出席贵宾还包括高雄医学大学校友张明永医生及郑清合牙医。
双方围绕学术交流、课程衔接及未来发展方向深入探讨，特别针对南方大学学院中医药学院中医学荣誉学士学位毕业生的研究生升学规划与专业发展路径，进行了具体而务实的研究与交流。通过两校资源共享与优势互补，期盼为学生打造更宽广的发展平台。
