Students from the Bachelor of Communication (Honours) (Mass Communication) programme had the privilege of visiting the Tan Sri Dato’ Chang Joo Chiang Museum & Art Gallery at Southern University College on 12 August 2025 to admire Stories of Light and Shade — the first solo photography exhibition by Ms. Wong Siew Heong.
The exhibition featured 80 captivating photographs across diverse areas, each reflecting the photographer’s keen eye for detail and storytelling through visual art. The students were impressed and inspired by the artistry, creativity, and emotions captured in the works.
A highlight of the visit was the interactive session with Ms. Wong, where she shared her creative journey, inspirations, and techniques. The exchange provided valuable insights into the world of photography, leaving the students both enriched and motivated to explore their own creative pursuits.
大众传播（荣誉）学士学生参观《光影的故事》摄影展报告
大众传播（荣誉）学士课程的学生有幸于8月12日参观了位于南方大学学院文物与艺术馆，欣赏由黄秀香女士举办的首个个人摄影展——《光影的故事》。
展览共展出80幅引人入胜的摄影作品，每一幅都展现了摄影师敏锐的观察力与透过镜头讲述故事的能力。学生们深受作品的艺术魅力、创意构思与情感表达所打动，并获得了满满的灵感。
参观的一大亮点是与黄秀香女士的互动交流环节。她与学生们分享了自己的创作历程、灵感来源以及摄影技巧，让同学们对摄影艺术有了更深入的认识。这次交流不仅增长了见识，也激发了学生们探索自身创意潜能的热情。
