International Student Application Procedures
Worry not for your application! We will guide and assist you from time to time.
1.
Contact with our international Student Office (ISO) to get more information about necessary documents. One should ready and submit documents below to iso@sc.edu.my once decided:
– Application Form
– Proposal (For Postgraduate Applicants only)
– Necessary Documents (Do Refer to ISO)
– Application Fee RM 500

Offer letter will be issued once internal evaluation being conducted by different department (Faculty / Admission Office). One is then required to submit RM 3,500.

ISO will submit the documents to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for Visa Approval Letter (VAL).

Once Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is approved, one is then required to make the payment of RM 3,500 (PART B) & First Year’s Tuition Fee to Southern UC. ISO will then forward the VAL to applicant accordingly.

For Visa Required Countries, student is required to proceed first to local Embassy of Malaysia to apply for Single Entry VISA (SEV). * DO refer to local Embassy for the application procedures.

Students are required to inform ISO at least 7 days in advance prior to his/her departure for ISO to prepare with immigration clearance upon student’s arrival.
2.
ISO will bring student to panel clinic to conduct Post-Arrival Medical Check UP, which needs to be done within 7 days upon student’s arrival.
3.
Once the supporting letter was issued by EMGS, ISO will then proceed to Immigration Malaysia for student’s pass endorsement. Upon receiving student’s pass, he/she is now a student for Southern UC.
