🌏 Malaysia–Hong Kong Cultural Exchange Students Gathering with Mr. Lim Soon Tiong

On 21 November, we welcomed a warm and meaningful moment—the gathering between alumni of the Malaysia–Hong Kong Cultural Exchange Programme and Mr. Lim Soon Tiong, the main sponsor of the programme.

Over the past seven cohorts, 70 students had joined the programme. Mr. Lim has continued to support the exchange quietly yet wholeheartedly, creating opportunities for many students to step beyond their comfort zone and broaden their horizons. During the gathering, the exchange alumni shared their personal stories of growth from the programme:

Some rediscovered their confidence

Some expand a broader worldview

Some gained clearer direction for their future

These transformations reflect the power of exchange—and the growth that Mr. Lim hopes to see in young people.

Mr. Lim also shared his views on the rapid changes in today’s society. We extend our heartfelt appreciation for his steadfast support throughout all seven cohorts, and we thank every participant who embraced the exchange journey and continued to grow through it.

May more young people in the future step forward with openness, courage, and curiosity, becoming pillars of our nation and society.

11月21日，我们迎来了一个温暖而意义深刻的时刻——历届马港文化交流生与计划的赞助人林顺忠先生的见面会。

七届的文化交流共有70位南方大学学院的学生受惠。林先生一直默默支持，为许多学生创造走出国门、拓宽视野的机会。见面会上，交流生们纷纷分享自己在马港交流期间的成长故事：
