Three lecturers from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Southern University College (SUC), Asst. Prof. Dr. Bambang Suhartono Bin Mohd Said, Ms Lah Wan Yee and Asst. Prof. Dr. New Kuwi Hoi, held a fruitful meeting with Puan Ungku Hajah Noorakmal Binti Ungku Sulaiman, Director of Johor Public Library Corporation (PPAJ), on 19 December 2025. The meeting focused on the progress of event planning for Piknik Membaca, a collaborative initiative by SUC and PPAJ aimed at promoting the joy of reading through interactive, outdoor activities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The event will be held at the SUC Basketball Court on 30 December 2025 (Tuesday), from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., featuring books, music, food, and engaging activities for participants of all ages. It will be followed by a segment appreciating patriotic songs, a short film screening, and a panel discussion on the creative industry. The event has been warmed up with a book donation campaign and radio announcements on AiFM from 16 to 29 December 2025. All are welcome to join this meaningful community event. Prof. Dr. New Kuwi Hoi\uff0c\u4e8e2025\u5e7412\u670819\u65e5\u4e0e\u67d4\u4f5b\u5dde\u516c\u5171\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u673a\u6784\uff08PPAJ\uff09\u603b\u76d1Puan Ungku Hajah Noorakmal Binti Ungku Sulaiman \u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5bcc\u6709\u6210\u6548\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\u3002\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e3b\u8981\u8ba8\u8bba\u7531\u5357\u65b9\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u4e0e PPAJ \u8054\u5408\u4e3b\u529e\u7684\u201c\u91ce\u8bfb\u65f6\u5149Piknik Membaca\u201d\u6d3b\u52a8\u7b79\u5907\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u8be5\u6d3b\u52a8\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4e92\u52a8\u5f0f\u7684\u6237\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u5927\u4f17\u5bf9\u9605\u8bfb\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u4e0e\u70ed\u60c5\u3002<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
