The Usaha Tegas Heritage Art Competition, often regarded as the \u201cOscars of the Malaysian Art Scene,\u201d \"\ud83c\udf1f\"<\/span> successfully held its 2025 award ceremony on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This prestigious national competition attracted outstanding art and design students from renowned institutions across Malaysia. Besides Southern University College, participating institutions included the University of Malaya (UM), National University of Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA), Dasein Academy of Art, Equator College, Aswara, and many others \"\ud83c\udfeb\"<\/span>\"\u2728\"<\/span>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The competition highlights Malaysia\u2019s rich cultural heritage through hand-drawn artworks, encouraging participants to explore the nation\u2019s colours, traditions, and patriotic spirit \"\ud83c\udfa8\"<\/span>. Categories included Mixed Media, Watercolour, Oil\/Acrylic, Charcoal\/Pencil\/Ink, and Printmaking , with judging based on creativity, composition, thematic interpretation, and technical execution.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

S\u2019ng Zheng Fei, a student under the guidance of Assistant Professor Mr. Ng Chee Fong, Head of the Department of Art at the Faculty of Art and Design, Southern University College , received a Consolation Prize \"\ud83c\udfc5\"<\/span> in the Mixed Media category for his artwork \u201cPeranakan in Pixels\u201d. This achievement reflects the strong creative training and professional excellence consistently nurtured at Southern University College .\"\ud83c\udf1f\"<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u88ab\u8a89\u4e3a \u201c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u827a\u672f\u754c\u5965\u65af\u5361\u201d \"\u2b50\"<\/span> \u7684 Usaha Tegas Heritage \u827a\u672f\u5927\u8d5b\u4e8e 2025 \u5e74 11 \u6708 11 \u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e8c\uff09 \u5728 \u5409\u9686\u5761\u6587\u534e\u4e1c\u65b9\u9152\u5e97 \u5706\u6ee1\u4e3e\u884c\u9881\u5956\u5178\u793c\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u4eab\u8a89\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u827a\u672f\u8d5b\u4e8b\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u591a\u6240\u77e5\u540d\u9ad8\u7b49\u5b66\u5e9c\u7684\u4f18\u79c0\u827a\u672f\u4e0e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7cfb\u5b66\u751f\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u5357\u65b9\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u53c2\u8d5b\u9662\u6821\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u9a6c\u6765\u4e9a\u5927\u5b66\uff08UM\uff09\u3001\u56fd\u7acb\u5927\u5b66\uff08UKM\uff09\u3001\u7406\u79d1\u5927\u5b66\uff08USM\uff09\u3001\u739b\u62c9\u5de5\u827a\u5927\u5b66\uff08UiTM\uff09\u3001\u6c99\u5df4\u5927\u5b66\uff08UMS\uff09\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u827a\u672f\u5b66\u9662\uff08MIA\uff09\u3001Dasein Academy of Art\u3001Equator College\u3001Aswara \u7b49\u7b49 \"\ud83c\udfeb\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\udfa8\"<\/span>\u3002<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
