Financial Management, HR Management, Operational Strategy, Strategy Management are some of the core focus areas to be covered in the MLDP component. The program will also emphasize effective communication skills and team dynamics, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to foster a collaborative work environment. By investing in the development of these essential skills, Marrybrown aims to build a resilient leadership pipeline that can adapt to the evolving challenges of the industry.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
