National Training Week Logistics Forum

Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) successfully organised the National Training Week (NTW) Logistics Forum 2026 on 28 July 2026, welcoming around 50 participants from industry, academia, and the student community. The programme began with a 1-hour Logistics Industry Sharing Session, followed by a 1.5-hour forum on “Future-Ready Logistics: Building Resilient Supply Chains Through Talent, Technology, and Industry Collaboration.” The forum featured Mr. Venkata Giri Naidu (PULSE), Dr. Teo Bee Yap (Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn. Bhd.), and Ms. Jocelynn Ng (JoTran), and was moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Renugala Shollunayagam, FBM, Southern University College. The panellists shared valuable insights on supply chain resilience, digital transformation, talent development, industry collaboration, and sustainability, providing participants with practical perspectives on the future of the logistics industry. The event served as an excellent platform for learning, networking, and strengthening collaboration between academia and industry. The forum concluded with a shared commitment to building a more resilient and future-ready logistics sector through stronger collaboration, continuous innovation, and investment in human capital.
