Driven by a string of high-profile international research contributions, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadel Arandas, from the Department of Journalism and Communication Studies at Southern University College, has been officially appointed as a Technical Committee Member for the 15th International Conference on Information Communication and Applications (ICICA 2026). The conference will be held at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, from August 27–29, 2026.
The appointment recognizes Dr. Arandas’s contributions to digital media, artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and interdisciplinary technology research. His expertise aligns closely with ICICA 2026’s focus on Artificial Intelligence, Technology in Education, Computing Ethics, and digital transformation, bringing communication studies perspectives into a predominantly technology-driven research forum.
