Hands-on Heritage Workshop: “Build Culture by Assembling” was held on 3/7/2026 at PEI CHUN HIGH SCHOOL. Led by Senior Lecturer Ms Tan Su Huey and Lecturer Mr Goh Wee Liang from Faculty of Art & Design, the workshop began with a brainstorming session that encouraged students to explore their imagination and develop creative thinking through the principles of Pixel Art. Students then transformed their ideas into reality by assembling 3D-printed puzzle pieces to design and build their own creative 3D photo frames. Through this hands-on process, they experienced the complete journey from ideation and design to fabrication, while gaining a deeper understanding of creativity and digital manufacturing.

动手拼出文化，创意连接旅游与传承！

此次工作坊于 3/7/2026 在笨珍培群独立中学举办，由艺术与设计学院高级讲师陈思蕙与讲师吴伟亮带领。工作坊首先引导学生透过脑力激荡发挥想象力，并运用 Pixel Art 的设计原理激发创意思维，再结合 3D 打印拼图 进行创作，让学生亲手设计与组装属于自己的创意立体相框。在创作过程中，学生体验从构思、设计到制作的完整流程，将创意转化为独一无二的立体作品，同时认识数位制造与设计创新的应用。
