With great pride and joy, we are delighted to announce that our Faculty of Art and Design has achieved outstanding results in the international competition “Panda Homeland · Giant Panda Cultural & Creative Design Competition.”

We are pleased to share that our students and lecturer have delivered remarkable performances in this prestigious global event. The competition brought together creative talents from over 40 countries and regions, receiving a total of 16,138 submissions. Standing out on this highly competitive stage, Sherlyn Yen from Diploma in Advertising Design secured a place in the finals and was awarded the Excellence Award for her work “Panda World Tour” (supervised by Senior Lecturer Jeff Yew). Meanwhile, Senior Lecturer Jeff Yew also advanced to the final round with his work “Pixel Panda,” showcasing the strong creative capabilities and teaching excellence of our institution. Both works are currently exhibited at the renowned cultural landmark “Eastern Suburb Memory” in Chengdu.

This achievement is not only an honor but also a testament to the dedication, creativity, and professional excellence of our faculty and students. Competing alongside top international art institutions and industry professionals, their success reflects the global competitiveness of our art education. We look forward to seeing more students shine on the international stage and share their creative voices with the world.

我们满怀欣喜与自豪，热烈恭贺南方大学学院艺术与设计学院师生在 国际级赛事 “熊猫家园·大熊猫文化创意大赛” 中脱颖而出，荣获佳绩！

我们欣然宣布，本校艺术与设计系师生在国际级赛事“熊猫家园·大熊猫文化创意大赛”中取得亮眼成绩。本届赛事汇聚来自全球40多个国家与地区的创意力量，共征集16138件作品，最终仅有210件作品成功晋级终评。在如此高水平的舞台上，广告设计专业文凭袁思绫同学凭借作品《熊猫环球旅行记》成功晋级终评并荣获优秀奖（指导老师：游亮辉高级讲师），而游亮辉老师亦以作品《像素熊猫》顺利晋级终评，展现了我校卓越的创意实力与教学成果。目前，两项作品也正在成都文化地标《东郊记忆》展出。

此次成果不仅是一份荣誉，更是对师生长期努力与专业积累的肯定。在与国际顶尖艺术院校及业界精英同台竞技的过程中脱颖而出，充分体现了我校艺术教育的国际竞争力。我们也期待未来有更多学子在国际舞台上绽放光芒，让世界看见属于我们的创意与声音。
