The lecturers and students from our Faculty of Art & Design recently had the incredible honor of attending the Unicraft JB Pop-up Event: 《The Material House: From Samples to Spaces》!Led by 5 of our lecturers, 30 enthusiastic students formed a “Design Aesthetics Observation Group” for a deep-dive, hands-on field trip. This wasn’t just a site visit—it was the perfect off-campus “second classroom” custom-tailored for our 【Industrial Design】 and 【Visual Arts】 majors!

【艺术与设计学院师生赴约 Unicraft JB，探索从“材质”到“空间”的美学魅力！】为了让同学们走出课堂、亲身感受行业前沿的材料工艺，艺术与设计学院非常荣幸受邀出席了 Unicraft JB Popup Event《The Material House: From Samples to Spaces
》！
》！日前，由学院 5位老师带领30位同学 组成了“设计美学考察团”齐聚现场。这一次，大家终于不用只在照片和课本里「看设计」，而是把平时屏幕上的材质真正带到了眼前，不仅是空间设计，这更是专门为【工业设计】与【视觉艺术】两门专业量身打造的校外第二课堂！
同学们和老师在现场不仅亲手触摸了各种独特的材质、近距离观察了细腻的层次与收口构造，更直观地理解了不同 Finish 在实际空间中的运用与效果。
本次师生现场解密 3 大亮点： 
Material Table（材质体验区）：各种材质齐聚，用指尖对比表面变化与纹理层次。 Live Demo（现场示范）：观摩了 Layering 与 Finishing 的工艺演示，深刻体会细节如何决定空间氛围。 360° VR Experience（沉浸式体验）：科技赋能，将眼前的 “Sample” 瞬间无缝连接到“实际空间感”！非常感谢 Unicraft 的盛情邀请与现场团队的专业分享，让老师和同学们都收获了满满的创作灵感
