eCommunity and e-Invoicing Feature and Its Impact on Property Management

Southern University College (SUC), in collaboration with Eco Community Sdn Bhd and YMF Tax Consultancy, successfully organised a seminar titled “eCommunity and e-Invoicing Feature and Its Impact on Property Management”. The event also marked the soft launch of the eCommunity Version 3 application.

The seminar aimed to promote SUC’s Faculty of Management and its Bachelor of Property Management (Honours) programme while also showcasing the upgraded eCommunity application — a digital solution designed to enhance the operations of property and community management.

A key highlight of the seminar was a session on the recent enforcement of e-invoicing by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN). Participants gained valuable insights into how this policy shift affects community management and how digital tools like eCommunity can ease the transition. The event brought together professionals, academics, and students, fostering awareness, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing in the evolving landscape of property and tax management.

本次研讨会旨在推广南方大学学院暨企业与管理学院旗下的地产管理荣誉学士学位课程，同时展示升级后的 eCommunity 应用程序，一款专为产业管理公司提升运营效率而设计的科技方案。

此研讨会的重点内容之一，是讲解由马来西亚内陆税收局（LHDN）近期推行的电子发票制度。藉由此次活动，出席者得以深入了解该政策的推行，对社区管理带来的影响，以及类似 eCommunity 的科技如何帮助业界顺利应对转型。
