Director of Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Johor Visits Faculty of Chinese Medicine

On 7 September 2026, Yang Mulia Puan Ungku Hajah Noorakmal binti Ungku Sulaiman, Director of the Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Johor, visited Southern University College to tour Faculty of Chinese Medicine and Southern TCM Centre.

During the visit, the Director toured the teaching facilities of the Faculty of Chinese Medicine as well as the Southern TCM Centre, demonstrating a strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She remarked that public libraries are not only repositories of books, but also bridges for knowledge dissemination and intercultural exchange.

Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Johor plans to collaborate with the Faculty of Chinese Medicine by introducing TCM-related resources into its collections and organizing public education activities on TCM. Through these initiatives, the library aims to promote the health benefits and rich cultural heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the community.
