Southern University College proudly congratulates Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Chuah Joon Huang, our President for being awarded the Best CEO of the Year Award 2025 in Education at the Top Asia Corporate Ball 2025, a distinguished gala held on 27 November 2025 that brought together over 500 eminent personalities, including CEOs, cultural icons, and industry leaders, to celebrate transformative contributions across Asia.

This distinguished accolade recognises Professor Chuah as a visionary leader whose dedication, integrity and forward-thinking approach have strengthened Southern University College’s standing in Malaysia and across Asia. Under his dynamic leadership, the university continues to grow in academic excellence, institutional innovation and regional influence.

Professor Chuah’s commitment to advancing higher education, nurturing talent and elevating our university’s reputation serves as an inspiration to our entire community. His achievement is not only a personal milestone but also a proud moment for Southern University College.

In addition to Professor Chuah’s outstanding recognition, the gala also celebrated several distinguished award recipients who added further prestige to the event. Biduanita Negara (National Songstress) Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza Binti Tarudin received the Asia Legendary Lifetime Achievement Award, while Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Lee Lam Thye was honoured with Lifetime Contribution to Nation-Building Award.

All awards were presented by the Guest of Honour, HRH Paduka Puteri Tunku Mariamz binti Al-Marhum Sultan Iskandar, a princess of the royal family of the state of Johor, Malaysia, whose royal presence elevated the significance of the evening.

南方大学学院谨此祝贺校长蔡润煌教授荣获2025年度亚洲顶尖企业大奖 — 年度最佳首席执行官奖（教育类），该奖项于 2025年11月27日 在 Top Asia Corporate Ball 2025 上颁发。此次盛会汇聚了逾500位来自亚洲各地的杰出人士，包括企业首席执行官、文化名人及行业领袖，共同表彰在各自领域作出卓越贡献的杰出人物。

当晚盛会亦表彰多位享有盛誉的得奖者，其中，马来西亚国宝级歌手兼国家歌后拿督斯里茜蒂诺哈丽莎（Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza binti Tarudin）荣获“亚洲传奇终身成就奖”，而丹斯里拿督斯里李霖泰太平局绅则获颁 “国家建设终身贡献奖” 。

所有奖项皆由盛会主宾柔佛州皇室成员东姑玛丽安兹公主殿下（HRH Paduka Puteri Tunku Mariamz binti Al-Marhum Sultan Iskandar）亲自颁发。公主殿下的莅临为典礼增添了无上的庄严与崇高意义。
