On 02nd December 2024, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was officially signed between Southern Institute of Technical Education and Elengaz Culinary Academy. This agreement marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between both parties, aimed at providing learners in the course with systematic knowledge and practical opportunities. Professional Diploma in Western Cuisine

Professional Diploma in Chinese Cuisine

Professional Diploma in Japanese Cuisine

Professional Diploma in Bakery & Pastry

Professional Diploma in Culinary Art – Chinese & Western
